~Love~

I know that lots of people are lucky enough to find that one person that makes you complete. I know that lots of people are fortunate enough to share their life with someone that is a wonderful parent. I know that lots of people are blessed enough to be able to go through life with their best friend. However, somehow when it's me that has this wonderful person I feel more blessed than everyone else.

I've been having back problems lately and for some reason last night it was really hurting bad. I must have woken up 5-6 times crying in pain. Every time I woke up my sweet hunny would rub my back until I fell back to sleep again.

It's the little things that make a relationship work. The unspoken words that are shared in a glance across the room. The running to the store just because someone is craving a Sprite. The understanding when I need to go to the grocery store just to get a few minutes of peace and quiet. The loving looks when I feel fat and ugly.... It's the little things.

I love my husband more than I could ever put into words. I love my best friend more than I could ever express. I love my soul mate more than is comprehensible. And I thank God that all 3 of those people are my sweet Hunny.

Anniversary

Today is our 5th anniversary.  When I look back at everything we've been through especially in this last year I realize that we are truly blessed to have found each other.  I couldn't have designed a better dad for our kids or a better hubby for me. I'm just so thankful that God put him into our lives and that he decided he liked us and stuff! ;-)

It sure makes a difference when you're married to your best friend.  I LOVES MY HUNNY!! :)

Nick's Note

On Nick's first day of school he came home with this note.  I think it's going to be a good year! :)

Kids First Day of School 2010

Brooke started 6th grade this year. She's in an intermediate school. I can not believe she's that big! Nick's in 1st grade and was really excited to eat school lunch. I find this odd but whatever makes him happy I guess!

Giving this blogging thing a whirl

So many things happen in our lives that I don't want to forget but like everyone else I never seem to remember to write them down. So, I figured I'd give this blogging thing a shot. Bear with me while I figure it out!

I'll get the pics and stories of the summer vacation up as soon as possible. We can't forget the cute stuff Nick and Brooke said and did!  :)
